1. Introduction

Welcome to DigitalLiter. These terms and conditions govern access to and use of services, digital products, and goods offered through digitalliter.info.

2. Definitions

“Services” refers to live or recorded courses and coaching on digital literacy and technology awareness. “Digital Products” are downloadable or streaming materials. “Goods” are physical items such as branded materials or hardware kits.

3. Services

Digital literacy and technology awareness courses delivered as live sessions or on-demand modules are subject to availability. DigitalLiter may modify schedules or content with prior notice. If a session is canceled by DigitalLiter, you may choose an alternative session date or request a full reimbursement as outlined in Section 6.1.

4. Digital Products

Digital Products include e-books, video series, templates, and online resources. Access is granted immediately upon completion of payment. Due to the nature of instant access, a request for a partial or full reimbursement is subject to conditions in Section 6.2.

5. Goods

Goods include any physical items ordered through the site, such as printed materials or hardware kits. Once a carrier picks up your order, risk of loss transfers to you. Goods are subject to availability and shipping terms.

6. Reimbursement and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Services

You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of payment if you have accessed less than 20% of course material. To initiate a reimbursement, contact us via our contact form. Upon approval, the amount paid will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 10 working days. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer your enrollment to another session at no additional charge.

6.2 Digital Products

Due to immediate access to content, no reimbursements are available once a Digital Product is downloaded or streaming access is initiated. Please review any available samples before purchase.

6.3 Goods

You may request a reimbursement or a replacement within 30 days of receipt if Goods remain unused and in original packaging. Contact our support team to arrange sending back the items for inspection. If approved, you may choose a replacement or a reimbursement to the original payment method.
